Launch a bookkeeping app for your firm

From "I need to track invoices" to a live bookkeeping app your team signs into.

You run a small firm. Invoices, expenses, and who owes what live in spreadsheets and inboxes. In one afternoon you can go from that sentence to a bookkeeping app your staff signs into — starting from Evonx's bookkeeping template, not a blank repo.

The path

  1. Create an account and a business. In chat, say you need to track invoices, expenses, and customer balances. Evonx proposes the bookkeeping template (Ön Muhasebe if you work in Turkish).

  2. Confirm. The managed app boots with screens and seed data. Preview it: create an invoice, record a payment, check the customer balance.

  3. Ask for the gaps that make it your firm — "we need a field for tax office on every customer" — as one change at a time in an Evolution Thread.

  4. Publish to an Evonx address, add app users for staff, then a custom domain when you are ready for clients to see a professional URL.

Stay on the managed template while upgrades still help. Eject only when the shape of the product no longer fits.
