Who owns the code?

You do. Apps live in real repositories from the first minute. AI changes arrive as pull requests you review, merge, or reject — never silent edits to your main branch.

How Evonx works Publishing changes

What happens when credits run out?

New AI work pauses until you add credits or the period renews. A published app that is not calling the AI gateway keeps serving. Allowances and packs are on the pricing page.

Can I export or eject my app?

Yes. GitHub-connected projects stay in your GitHub. Managed template apps can eject to a standalone codebase you fully own — that step is one-way and drops template upgrades.

How is my data stored?

Evonx is the controller for account and usage data. For repositories, stores, and chat content you connect, you are the controller and Evonx processes on your instructions. App tables live in the managed database, Live vs Development.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Publish to an Evonx address first, then search, attach, and verify your domain and set it as primary.

Can Evonx work with code I already have?

Yes. Connect GitHub, import the repository, and Evonx maps the codebase before it changes anything. You keep the history and can take the repo to any team.

Can my published app call AI?

Yes. Store provider keys as project secrets and, when the platform offers it, turn on the in-app Evonx AI gateway. Never paste keys into chat.
