Who we are

Evonx ("Evonx", "we", "us") operates the Evonx platform at evonx.ai, an AI-assisted software development service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. For questions, contact [email protected].

Data we collect

Account data. Your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account or sign in with a supported provider (such as Google or GitHub).

Connected code and repositories. When you connect a repository or paste a repository link, we access its contents to provide the service: analysis, planning, code generation, previews, and pull requests. Repository access is granted through your Git provider and can be revoked by you at any time.

Content you provide. Prompts, messages, uploaded images, and other material you submit while using the platform.

Usage and technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken, used for security, debugging, and improving the service.

Billing data. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store your full card details on our systems.

How we use data

We use your data to operate and provide the platform, to secure it, to communicate with you about your account and the service, to comply with legal obligations, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Evonx is built on large language models. To fulfil your requests, relevant portions of your prompts and connected code are processed by the AI model providers we work with, under agreements that restrict use of that data to providing the service.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform — such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, and payment processors — and where required by law. Your source code stays in your repositories; changes we produce are delivered to you as pull requests.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Preview environments and their databases are short-lived and are removed when no longer needed. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Turkish residents can find the KVKK disclosure at /tr/kvkk. To exercise any right, email [email protected].

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, credentials for connected services are stored server-side, and preview environments run isolated per customer. Read more on our Security & Trust page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
