Build receivables software that makes the money owed to you visible.
Stop hunting through spreadsheets to find who owes what and when it is due. Customer accounts, transactions, due dates, and credit limits belong in one application that runs on your rules.
Receivables capabilities
Knowing the balance is not the same as collecting it
Good receivables software does more than display a number. It shows which customer is becoming risky, which invoice is close to slipping, and who promised what on which call.
Account records and structure
Define customers, suppliers, dealers, and staff accounts with the groups, regions, owners, and custom fields your business uses.
Transactions and statements
Track invoices, receipts, payments, credit notes, and transfers in one ledger and produce statements for any date range.
Ageing and due dates
Split receivables into 0-30, 31-60, and 61-90 day buckets and measure how each customer's payment behaviour trends over time.
Credit limits and alerts
Set a limit per account and decide whether exceeding it warns the user, blocks the order, or sends it for approval.
Collections and reconciliation
Match bank and cash movements to account transactions, then prepare and send periodic reconciliation requests with responses recorded.
Ownership and follow-up
Give each rep their own portfolio and log calls, promised payment dates, and follow-up notes against the account.
Spreadsheet, module, or custom
Three ways teams manage what they are owed
Spreadsheets are fine until two people edit them. Receivables modules inside larger suites cover the standard case but rarely bend to dealer structures, promised-payment tracking, or your own escalation rules.
Who uses it
Anyone selling on terms has the same problem
Wholesalers selling on credit, manufacturers with dealer networks, agencies on retainers, and any team with a collections function all want the same two things: see what is owed early, and spot risk before it becomes a write-off.

Receivables sit between invoicing and the ledger
An account balance is fed by invoices and settled by payments. Keeping the three in separate systems is what makes reconciliation painful.

Building receivables software with Evonx
Does it cover payables as well as receivables?+
Yes. Customer and supplier accounts use the same transaction model, so you can track what you owe and what you are owed in one application, with separate views and permissions for each side if you want them.
How do credit limits work?+
You set a limit per account. When a new order or shipment would exceed it, the application can warn the user, block the transaction, or route it for approval. How strict that rule is remains entirely your choice, and it can change later.
Can it send statements and reconciliation requests?+
Yes. Period-end statements can be generated per account, with send status and the counterparty's response recorded. Balances that do not agree are kept as a separate working list until they are resolved.
Does it support multiple currencies?+
Yes. Each account can carry its own currency, with balances visible in both the transaction currency and your reporting currency. Exchange differences are recorded as their own entries.
Can we import existing balances?+
Yes. Customer records, opening balances, and open invoices can be imported through a mapped import flow, so collections continue without a gap while the new application takes over.
