Terms of Service

1. The service

Evonx is an AI-assisted software development platform: you describe changes in plain language and Evonx analyzes your codebase, generates code, runs live previews, and delivers changes as pull requests. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your code and content

You keep ownership. Code and content you connect or submit remain yours. You grant Evonx the limited rights needed to operate the service — to read, analyze, and process your code and prompts, and to generate changes on your behalf. Code generated by Evonx for you belongs to you once delivered.

4. AI-generated output

Evonx produces software with the help of AI models. Output may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing changes — the platform is designed around that review: previews before approval, and pull requests you accept into your own repository. Do not deploy unreviewed output to production systems.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Evonx to build or operate unlawful software, to infringe others' rights or intellectual property, to attempt to breach the isolation of the platform or other customers' workspaces, or to abuse, overload, or resell the service without our written consent.

6. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your repositories and the pull requests already delivered to them remain yours.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evonx's total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
