Each tube holds a stack of colours. Only the top run of one colour can be poured.
A pour lands on a tube that is empty or whose top colour matches.
A tube has a capacity. A pour that does not fit is refused.
The level is won when every tube is a single colour or empty.
An extra empty tube is a booster, not a free tube on every level.
