The swap-three-in-a-row loop behind many of the biggest mobile puzzle games. EvonX's match-3 template brings cascades, special pieces, boosters and level goals, so your prompt only needs a theme and a twist.

Two neighbouring pieces swap. A swap that does not make three or more snaps back.
Three in a row or column clears. Four and five make a striped piece or a colour bomb.
Clears drop the pieces above them, so one swap can cascade.
Each level has a goal: jelly, ingredients, a score, or a blocker count, and a move limit.
Blockers such as ice, cages and chocolate sit on or under pieces and need extra hits.

A match-3 feels good when the first swap is readable and a later cascade is a surprise you earned. Random boards that cannot be finished, or specials that appear without a readable match, make the level feel unfair.

Yes. Matches of three clear and drop the board. Longer matches can create a line piece or a colour bomb, and you can change those rules in chat.
Can I reskin the match-3 without changing the levels?
Yes. A theme prompt such as candy or underwater keeps the board rules and replaces the piece art.
