Services

Services on one campus

We keep outside finishing visible. Anything not on this list is quoted separately before it ships.

Core services

Production

Scheduled loom runs with documented tension settings and hourly shade checks where required.

Metrology

GSM and tear inspection sheets included; third-party labs coordinated when you specify.

Service FAQ

Do you rush?

Sometimes, when loom capacity allows and rush premiums are agreed in writing.

Can we visit the plant?

Yes. Wear closed-toe shoes and we will walk the weave line reserved for your order, with quality and textile leads available.

How are changes controlled?

Pattern ECOs are logged, technicians retrained and no run starts until textile engineering approves the revision.

Match a service

Send a spec.

Mill capabilities

Weaving

Air-jet and rapier looms run apparel and home textiles with pattern repeats documented per style.

Dyeing

Jet dyeing for solids and yarn-dyed stripes with liquor ratios logged per batch.

Inspection

Roll maps flag defects so cutters know which zones to avoid without unrolling entire bolts.

Packing

Rolls are tagged with shade lot, loom and operator for traceability back to yarn lot.
