What drives a textile quote

Construction clarity

Yarn count, weave and width quotes faster than vague handfeel descriptions alone.

MOQ realism

We show loom time assumptions so you understand why small colours cost more per metre.

Testing bundles

Extra tests for childrenswear or export markets are line items, not invoice surprises.

Line items on textile quotes

Lab dips

Shade development rounds are counted and priced before bulk yarn is purchased so marketing knows the cost of delays.

Testing

GSM, tear and colourfastness bundles match your quality agreement and appear as rows on the quote.

Finishing

Sanforize, calender and coating steps are listed separately when they are not part of the base construction.

Logistics

Roll packing, tube sizes and container utilisation assumptions are documented before you approve EXW pricing on the quote.

Pricing questions

Is freight included?

EXW mill is standard. We can quote roll packing for sea or air when you specify incoterms.

Do you hold inventory?

Consignment rolls are available for select programs with weekly storage fees quoted in writing before rolls ship.

How long are quotes valid?

Yarn quotes reference published fibre indices with a printed valid-until date on every proposal letter we send.
