About

Built for audits

Loomline Textiles documents setups, training and releases so your quality team sees the same story we tell on the floor.

What we optimise for

Traceability

Roll IDs follow yarn lots, operators and GSM checks from warping to ship.

Repeatability

Weave files and dye recipes are version-controlled; pattern changes need textile engineering sign-off.

How we work

Fabric programs with shade control buyers can trust

Lab dips before bulk

Shade bands are agreed in writing with your design team before we beam yarn for bulk. Retain swatches are stored with the same lot code woven into the selvedge.

Loom files controlled

Weave patterns are versioned; technicians sign setup sheets before the first pick on a style change.

Testing

GSM, tear and colourfastness tests run on schedules you define in the quality agreement, not ad hoc when someone asks.

Capacity clarity

When looms are booked we propose staggered roll releases instead of missing cut-and-sew dates without warning.

Questions from apparel teams

Do you stock greige?

Limited greige programs are available for repeat styles; new colours start with lab dips.

Can you finish in house?

We sanforize and calender on site and partner with audited finishers for special coatings.

How do you handle shade continuity across seasons?

We keep master dye lots and lab-dip standards on file so reorders match earlier bulk even when yarn suppliers rotate seasonally over time.
