Tell us what your business needs to do better.

Bring us a slow process, an ageing system or an idea you want to build. We'll help you understand the highest-value next step and whether software, automation or AI is the right answer.

What happens on the call

Start with the problem.

  1. You explain what happens today

Walk us through the process, system or idea. Show us where time is lost, where people work around the software or what you want to create.

  2. We challenge and clarify it

We identify the real bottleneck and discuss what kind of change could create meaningful value.

  3. We define a sensible next step

If there is a good fit, we suggest a first engagement. If software is not the answer, we will say so.

A useful conversation if…

  • your team spends too much time on repetitive manual work
  • important workflows live across spreadsheets, email and disconnected tools
  • your existing software is difficult or expensive to change
  • you want to build a new internal tool, customer portal or digital product
  • you believe AI could help the business but do not know where it creates real value

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to prepare anything?+

No. Being able to describe how the work runs today is enough. There is no file to send and no account to open; we can map a path without seeing your data.

How is the call held?+

Online. When you pick a time, a calendar invite lands in your inbox with the meeting link inside. You are welcome to bring a colleague.

What happens after the call?+

We send a short summary of what we discussed and the next step we recommend. Whether to continue is your decision; there is no commitment.

Is the answer always software?+

No. The point is to understand where your work gets stuck. If the fix is a simpler change, or not software at all, we say so; we do not pitch an application for something a column fix would solve.

Who will I be talking to?+

Evonx's founding team: the engineers who design and build the work. You explain the need to the people who will shape the solution, not to a sales team.
