Assembly in numbered steps
Furniture manuals show every screw, bolt and dowel at full size beside its name. Steps are short enough to follow with a screwdriver in one hand, and the tools you need are listed first.
Safety before the first use
Warnings sit at the front of the manual, not in the back pages. Roasters and machines that get hot list the clearances, the supply they need and what to do if something trips.
Find your manual in three steps

Look for the model number
It is on a silver label on the back of machines and roasters, and on the underside of a seat or a shelf on furniture. It begins with HW and has six digits.

Type it into the manuals page
The list narrows as you type, so you can stop after the first four digits. If you cannot find the number, choose the product type and compare the photos.

Common questions
I cannot find my model number.
Look under the water tank on espresso machines and on the rear plate of roasters. If the label has worn off, send us a photo of the product and we will identify it for you.
Can I get a printed manual?
Yes. Use the form below and we post a printed copy free of charge anywhere in the United States, usually within a week.
Is the manual for my older machine different?
Yes. Models differ in their programs and parts, so always use the manual that matches the number on your label.
