Billing questions
When do invoices go out?
Weekly, with timecard images and worker IDs. Disputes must be flagged within five business days.
Do you charge for no-shows?
We do not bill for unfilled shifts. If we send a worker who leaves without cause, we credit the shift.
How does temp-to-hire conversion work?
After 720 hours, you may hire directly with a one-time conversion fee stated in your master agreement.
