Who travels free?
Children under seven with an adult, guide dogs and their handlers, and a companion for any rider with a Companion card.
How do refunds work?
If a service is delayed 30 minutes or more, claim a credit in the app within seven days of travel.
Can I pay in cash?
Ticket machines at stations accept cash and cards, but on board only contactless and app payments are possible.
