Nordhavn Transit publishes the status of every lift and ramp in real time and keeps a separate on-demand van service for riders who cannot use the main network. You can plan, book and travel without calling anyone.

What you can rely on

Every metro station step-free

Each of the 39 stations has a lift from street to platform, with spare lifts in major interchanges.

Audible and visual announcements

Stops are announced in two languages and shown on screens in high-contrast type.

On-demand door-to-door vans

Book up to seven days ahead for trips within the city. Fares match the regular zone price.

Boarding assistance on request

Staff meet you at designated stations if you request help at least two hours before travel.

Getting help on the day

    Out-of-service lifts show a detour with the nearest working alternative.

  2. At the stop

    Press the assistance button · Platform pillar

    A control room operator speaks to you directly and sends staff if needed.

  3. On board

    Priority seating and ramps · Driver or conductor

    Drivers lower the ramp and secure wheelchairs before moving off.

Request a Companion card

It lets a helper travel with you without paying, and it is valid for three years.
