How we price
Why does matting cost extra?
De-matting takes slow, careful work to avoid pulling the skin. We charge in fifteen-minute blocks and always tell you before adding one.
Do you offer a loyalty discount?
Clients who rebook every six weeks receive a free teeth-brushing on every fourth appointment, which we apply automatically.
Is a tip expected?
Never. If you would like to thank your groomer, the tip jar is shared equally across the team.

Breaks whenever your pet needs one
Appointments are timed with rest built in, and we stop and cuddle if a pet becomes tired or worried.
A finishing touch
Every groom ends with ear cleaning, a nail trim, a spritz of mild cologne and a bandana in a colour you choose.
