Services

Services on one campus

We keep subcontracting visible. Anything not on this list is quoted separately before it ships.

Core services

Production

Scheduled runs with documented settings and hourly checks where required.

Metrology

Inspection sheets included; third-party labs coordinated when you specify.

Service FAQ

Do you rush?

Sometimes, when capacity allows and premiums are agreed in writing.

Can we visit the plant?

Yes. Wear closed-toe shoes and we will walk the line that would run your order, with quality and production leads available for questions.

How are changes controlled?

ECOs are logged, training signed and no run starts until production engineering approves the revision.

Match a service

Send a spec.

Processes on the Denver campus

Cut and weld

CNC plasma and drill lines feed fit-up bays where certified welders run structural packages from mezzanine frames to stair strings.

Stairs and rails

We build bolt-together stair and guard packages with shop drawings that match field anchor layouts, including slotted holes where you expect adjustment.

Quality checks

Third-party inspection is welcome on critical welds. We hold production until your inspector signs the traveler when that is part of the PO.

Load-out

Members are bundled with lift diagrams and weight tags so your rigging crew knows what picks first on a tight street job.

From RFQ to shipment

  1. 01

    Drawing review

We confirm connection details, weld access and paint spec before quoting.

  2. 02

    Fab window

Bay time is reserved when you accept the quote; changes go through ECO sign-off.

  3. 03

    Release

Documents and photos ship with the load unless you pick up EXW.

Service FAQ

Do you design connections?

We suggest standard connections for economy but do not replace your engineer of record. Send sealed drawings when connections are non-standard.

How do rush jobs work?

Rush premiums and overtime are quoted in writing. We will not start a rush without a signed change to the schedule.
