How we work

Fabrication with paperwork that survives audits

Mill certificates chained to marks

Every beam and plate arrives with heat numbers that follow the member mark through blast, weld, paint and load-out. Your inspector can match stickers on the truck to rows in our traveler without calling the plant.

WPS discipline

Welding procedures are written for the joint type, position and filler you specify. If your spec cites AWS D1.1 or AISC requirements, we map our WPS numbers to your inspection forms before the first arc.

Fit-up checks

Complex connections get a dry fit photo set before paint. When bolt holes must line up in the field, we document gauge pin results and send PDFs with the shipment.

Capacity honesty

When the bay is full we say so and propose a phased delivery instead of slipping erection dates quietly. Contractors plan cranes around truth, not promises we cannot keep.

Questions from new customers

Do you take owner-supplied steel?

Yes, with mill certs and our incoming inspection. We will reject mystery material rather than weld it into a structural package.

Can you galvanize or paint in house?

We blast and prime in house and partner with audited galvanizers within a half-day drive. Certificates return chained to your lot.
