Processes under one roof

We do not broker work to mystery vendors. Every process below is quoted, scheduled and measured inside the Grand Rapids plant.

Core processes

Complex milling

Five-axis work for impellers, manifolds and aluminium housings with in-process probing and chip-to-chip tool changes logged in the traveler.

Mill-turn

Live tooling reduces setups on hydraulic bodies and long shafts when turning and milling must stay on one fixture.

Metrology

CMM reports with ballooned drawings returned in PDF and CSV, including photos of critical features when customers audit remotely.

Finishing partners

Anodise, passivate and electropolish through vendors we audit twice a year, with certificates chained to your lot number.

Onboarding a new part

  1. 01

    Drawing review

Engineering confirms datums, radii and inspection access.

  2. 02

    Quote

Price breaks and lead time land in one email thread.

  3. 03

    FAI

First article measured and held for approval.

Service questions

Do you design parts?

We suggest tweaks for manufacturability but do not replace your design team.

Can you store fixtures?

Yes, for active part numbers we store fixtures and retain programs for five years.

Capability questions

Which materials do you run most often?

Aluminium 6061 and 7075, 17-4 stainless and PEEK appear on half our travelers. We still quote exotics when the drawing is complete and tolerances are feasible on our machines.

Do you store programs?

Yes, for active part numbers we retain CAM, fixtures and inspection sheets for five years unless your contract says longer.
