Pricing

Rates start here before geometry adds time.

Final pricing always follows a drawing review. The table below is order-of-magnitude guidance when you budget a new part number, and your buyer receives a fixed quote once tolerances, finishes and inspection levels are confirmed. Setup hours are listed separately so you can compare shops fairly.

How we price

Do you charge for quoting?

Simple parts are free to quote. Complex assemblies may carry a review fee credited on first PO.

Are materials included?

Quotes show material as a separate line with mill certificate level noted.

How do rush orders affect price?

Expedite fees are listed as a percentage on the quote and require written approval before we release routers.

Every PO

What the hourly rate covers

Programming

CAM time for repeat orders is reduced because we store verified posts with the part number.

Inspection

In-process checks and final CMM sampling are included unless your plan specifies 100 percent inspection.

How a quote becomes a PO

  1. 01

    Drawing review

Engineering confirms material, tolerances and inspection sampling before any hourly rate is applied.

  2. 02

    Written quote

You receive setup hours, run rate, material line and lead time in one PDF.

  3. 03

    First article

When required, the first piece is measured and held until you approve the report.
