How billing works

Is there a setup or onboarding charge?

There is a one-time onboarding fee equal to one month of your chosen retainer, which covers the fact-finding work and the first written plan.

What happens if I cancel?

You can leave at any time with thirty days' notice. We hand over your plan, your folder and a transition letter for the next adviser.

Do the fees change when my balances grow?

No. Because the retainer does not track your assets, a rising market never raises your bill, and a falling one never lowers our attention.

Can the retainer be paid from an account?

Yes, from a taxable account at your custodian or by card. Some clients pay from a business account when part of the work supports the company.

Want to compare us with another firm?

Ask for our fee disclosure and a sample plan before the intro call. We will send both, and we will not follow up with a sales sequence.
