Fees

What care costs, written down before you decide.

How billing works

Do you take pet insurance?

Yes. We invoice you and give you a signed claim form, because most insurers reimburse the owner rather than paying the clinic directly.

What if my pet needs an unplanned test?

A vet will explain why it matters and quote the cost before it is done. You are free to say no, and we will note the decision in your pet's file.

Is there a fee for missed appointments?

Not for the first one. After that, we ask for a small deposit at booking, which we put towards the visit itself.

Planning a bigger procedure?

Ask for a written estimate ahead of time. We will send it by email with the likely range and the questions worth asking.
