Contact & emergencies

If your pet is in trouble, call before you write.

The nurses' line is answered around the clock for breathing difficulty, collapse, serious bleeding or anything you would not wait until morning to fix. For routine visits, use the form or email and we will offer a slot the same day when we can.

Emergency line: +1 (207) 555-0139 (24 hours). Routine desk: +1 (207) 555-0138.

Emergency? Call +1 (207) 555-0139 now — a nurse answers day and night. What counts as an emergency

When to phone the emergency line

My dog ate chocolate — is that an emergency?

Phone us with the type, amount and your dog's weight. We will tell you whether to come in tonight or monitor at home.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Sick pets are seen the same day when possible, but calling ahead lets us prepare a room and keep waiting times shorter.

What if I am not sure it is serious?

Call anyway. A two-minute conversation with a nurse is better than guessing until morning.

Routine appointments

Book a non-urgent visit

Tell us your pet's name, species and what you have noticed. We reply within one working day with times, or sooner for sick pets.

Before you arrive

What to bring

Previous records

Vaccine certificates and any earlier test results save repeat tests and speed up the appointment.

The food label

A photo of the bag or can tells us more than a description, including brand, flavour and portion.

A calm carrier or lead

Cats travel best in a hard-sided carrier with a towel over it, and dogs on a short lead rather than an extending one.
