Representation

Clear terms, fair commission, no surprises.

Our standard agreement is two pages long and written in plain English. We take a commission only on work we help you book, and we never charge a retainer or an upfront fee.

What is included

The commission covers the whole team, not just the person who calls you.

Booking and negotiation

Your agent finds roles, negotiates fees and secures billing, travel and credits in writing.

Business affairs

An in-house lawyer reviews every contract and flags clauses on exclusivity, residuals and image rights.

Career strategy

Quarterly check-ins, target lists of directors and showrunners, and honest advice about which roles to refuse.

Publicity introductions

Warm introductions to our partner publicists and, where it suits you, to stylists and social media managers.

International reach

Sub-agent relationships in London, Toronto and Sydney handle work outside the United States.

Wellbeing check-ins

A confidential support line and a yearly workshop on managing the pressure of public work.
