Services

More than a bed and a bowl.

Overnight stays are the heart of the hotel, but plenty of guests also come for a day, a groom or a longer-term arrangement while their owners travel.

What you can book

Six ways to stay

All of them include the daily update and use the same rooms and paddocks.

Overnight boarding

Heated suites for dogs and condos for cats, with bedding, meals, walks and play included in the night's rate.

Day stays

Drop off by nine and collect by five. Ideal for dogs whose owners work away from home, or who are recovering from a vet visit.

Senior comfort stays

Orthopaedic beds, shorter walks and an extra carer check every two hours through the night.

Medication stays

Injections, insulin, tablets and eye drops given as prescribed and logged for your vet.

Bath before you go home

A wash and brush on the last morning means your pet leaves fresh. Muddy paws are part of a good holiday.

Puppy introductions

Two short stays before a longer booking let young dogs learn the routine without feeling overwhelmed.

How a first stay unfolds

  1. 01

    Meet and greet

Come for twenty minutes, tour the suites and let your pet sniff the paddock while we ask about their habits.

  2. 02

    Settle in

On arrival day, we introduce your pet to their suite and carer and keep a close eye on how they eat and sleep.

  3. 03

    Daily updates

Each afternoon you receive a photo, a short note and any medicine log by message or email.

  4. 04

    Collection

On the last morning your pet is washed, brushed and ready, with a written summary of their stay.

Care questions

Do you feed my pet's usual food?

Yes. Bring enough for the stay plus a day extra, labelled with portions. We can supply a good-quality alternative if you prefer.

Can pets be kept apart from others?

Of course. Private suites and solo paddock sessions are available for any guest who finds company stressful.

What if the weather is bad?

The barn has a covered play hall, so dogs still run and play when the farm tracks are too wet. Cats are unaffected.

Not sure which stay is right?

Describe your pet and your plans, and we will suggest the room and length of stay that will suit them best.
