Tours & bookings
See the suites before the suitcases are packed.
New guests tour the barn on weekday afternoons at 15:00 or 16:30. Rosalind or Callum walks you through the dog suites, the cat wing and the paddock while your pet sniffs the hay bales. After that, we hold your dates for forty-eight hours.
Drop-off windows: 8:00–10:00 and 16:00–18:00 daily.
What the barn tour covers

Twenty minutes in the suites
You see the room your pet would use, the heating and the bedding, and meet the carer who would look after them.
- 02
A lap of the paddock
Dogs walk the same route they would on a stay. Cats tour the condo wing from outside the glass.
- 03
Vaccination check
Bring certificates or photos on your phone so we can confirm your pet is ready to book.
- 04
Dates held for two days
If the tour goes well, we pencil your stay in the book while you confirm travel plans.

What to bring
Food in labelled portions
Pack meals by day, with notes on feeding times, treats and anything your pet cannot eat.
One familiar thing
A well-worn blanket, a favourite toy or an unwashed T-shirt helps a pet feel at home.
