Services

From a cabinet swap to a moved wall.

We remodel compact kitchens with careful craft and clear budgets. Choose a refresh, a full rebuild or a layout change, and we plan the trades around it.

Three scopes, three different calendars

Refreshed kitchen with new white cabinets and the original window

Refresh: keep the layout

New cabinets, counters, backsplash and lighting in the existing footprint. Plumbing stays where it is, so the room is usable again in six to eight weeks.

Fully rebuilt kitchen with a wide island and pendant lights

Rebuild: new everything

Demolition to the studs, new electrical and plumbing, and a full new finish package. Ten weeks is typical, with a temporary kitchen set up in the next room.

Kitchen with a wall removed to join the dining room

Rebuild with a layout change

Moving a wall, a sink or a gas line adds engineering and inspections. Expect twelve to fourteen weeks, with a beam, ductwork and permit review included in the plan.

How long cabinets take to arrive

Sort by weeks to see why we order early. Door styles and prices are typical for our showroom lines.

Scope questions

Do you remodel bathrooms too?

Occasionally, and only when the bathroom shares a wall or a stack with a kitchen we are already working on. We prefer to do one room extremely well.

Can you work with my own designer?

Of course. We will price the plan, flag any buildability issues and coordinate with your designer's schedule.

Do you work in older homes?

Minneapolis is full of 1920s bungalows with plaster walls, old wiring and leveling issues. We open a test area first and price what we find.

Bring a photo and a tape measure

Rough dimensions and a picture of the room are enough for us to suggest a scope and a price range.
