Prices cover a 10 by 12 foot kitchen with mid-range selections and include permits and design.

Billing questions

Is the ledger a quote?

It becomes a fixed-price contract once you sign. Allowances are listed separately, and any difference is settled through change orders.

How much deposit do you ask for?

Ten percent to reserve your cabinet order and calendar slot. The balance follows four milestones: demolition, rough-in, cabinet install and final walkthrough.

Do you offer financing?

We provide invoices for home equity lines and can introduce you to a local credit union that handles kitchen loans.
