Services

Build the room, the unit, or the foundation.

We take on work that needs framing, permits and a project manager. Smaller jobs go to specialists we trust, and we say so.

Three service lines, each with its own crew

Second-story framing tied into an existing brick home

Additions and second stories

Rear bump-outs, full second floors and garage-top bedrooms. We engineer the connection to the existing house, dry in before demolition and typically finish between fourteen and twenty weeks after permit approval.

Finished walkout basement with large windows

Basements and accessory units

Finished basements with egress windows and radon systems, plus detached ADUs with their own meters and addresses. Our ADU packet covers zoning, utility locates and a lender-friendly budget.

New steel beam installed under a first-floor ceiling

Structural repair and tenant finish

Beams, posts, footings and settled slabs, plus dental suites and salons built on landlord schedules. Weekend work and noise windows are written into the contract.

Scope and licensing questions

Do you handle projects outside Denver?

We build in Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson and Adams counties. For Boulder or Douglas County we check local licensing first and tell you honestly if a neighbor would serve you better.

Can you work from my architect's drawings?

Yes. We review the set for buildability, price it in detail and bring field questions to your architect in writing.

Do you self-perform plumbing and electrical?

Those trades are done by licensed partners we have worked with for years. They are scheduled and supervised by our site lead.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe the problem on the contact page and a project manager will suggest the scope and the next step.
