Questions about fees
Is there a sibling or second-dog discount?
A second dog from the same household takes half off the same course, and a third dog is free of charge.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Split any course into two payments, one at enrolment and one at the third class, with no fee for doing so.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to seven days before the course starts, and a credit for a later term after that.
What every fee includes
Small classes
No more than six dogs per trainer, which means individual feedback in every lesson and room to move around.
A refresher voucher
A voucher for a drop-in refresher class within six months, so skills stay sharp after the course ends.
Training more than one dog?
Tell us about your household, your dogs and the weeks you can commit, and we will build a plan that fits the calendar and the budget. Families with several dogs or a mix of puppy and adult classes often save the most.
