Fees and deposits
Planning fee
Based on trip length and complexity, quoted before we start research.
Supplier deposits
Hotels and guides often require 20–30% to hold dates; we pass through their terms.
Changes
Two rounds of revisions are included; major reroutes after booking may incur a change fee.
