Trip planning questions

What is the smallest trip you take on?

About five nights. Shorter stays are better booked direct with our hotel partners.

Do you book flights?

Yes, or we can leave air open if you use points. We always show the fare rules before ticketing.

How do you charge?

A planning fee based on trip length, plus supplier costs at net rate. Everything is on one proposal.

How far ahead should we plan?

Nine months for Japan and Italy summer, four months for most other regions.

Ready to sketch a route?

Send dates, rough budget and who is travelling. A designer replies within two working days.
