A year of advising, laid out week by week.
We split the application year into four phases so nothing gets rushed in December. Fees are fixed per phase, and you can stop after any of them.
The application year

Discover (months 1–2)
A two-hour strategy session, a budget worksheet and a long list of fifteen universities.
- 02
Apply (months 3–6)
Personal statements, references, test registrations and every form submitted ahead of its deadline.
- 03
Decide (months 7–9)
We compare offers, scholarships and living costs side by side and help you choose.
- 04
Depart (months 10–12)
Visa filing, housing, flights and a briefing with an alumnus in your destination city.

Terms and fees
Can I switch countries mid-way?
Yes. Switching destinations before the Apply phase costs nothing; afterward we credit the work already done.
Are fees refundable?
Unused phases are refundable in full. Completed work is not.
Do you work with international students applying to the U.S.?
Our focus is outbound, but we advise on inbound U.S. applications from students in countries where we have partners.
