About

Built for audits

Carton & Coil Packaging documents setups, training and releases so your quality team sees the same story we tell on the floor.

What we optimise for

Traceability

Board lot codes follow ink batches, operators and B-flute tests from corrugator to ship.

Repeatability

Cutting and printing programs are version-controlled; knife changes need prepress sign-off.

How we work

Boxes engineered for the supply chain you actually run

Structural specs

ECT, burst and stacking tests are run against the pallet pattern you declare, not a generic lab default. We document flute direction and joint glue so your warehouse team knows what changed between runs.

Prepress discipline

Artwork revisions get version numbers. Operators see the approved PDF on the line screen before the first sheet feeds.

Sample approvals

Printed proofs and white samples ship before production knives run on new SKUs. Marketing and quality sign the same PDF.

Honest capacity

When corrugator time is tight we propose partial releases instead of quiet date slips that jam your launch.

Questions from brand teams

Do you store dielines?

Yes, for active SKUs we store CAD knives and approved artwork for repeat runs.

Can you print inside and out?

Flexo and litho lines support multi-pass printing when registration tolerances allow.

How do you handle retailer packaging audits?

We store crush-test results and bar-code verification photos with the same lot code printed on your shippers for recall drills.
