Services

Renovations for the houses Portland loves.

From a single bathroom to a three-phase whole-house plan, every service is run by the same studio, so scopes connect instead of colliding.

What each renovation covers

Open kitchen with built-in cabinetry and a tiled hood wall

Kitchens

Cabinetry, counters, lighting and appliance coordination with plumbing and gas rerouted as the plan requires. Typical rebuilds take eight to twelve weeks on site, plus design time before.

Light bathroom with a floating vanity and a niche shower

Bathrooms

Waterproofing, tile, vanity and ventilation planned together, with accessible options for primary baths and a coordinated fan for every shower.

Basement with new blocking and bracing against the foundation wall

Whole-house systems

Rewiring, new plumbing runs, insulation, seismic bracing and heat-pump installation sequenced so every wall is opened exactly once.

Scope questions we hear

Do you take small jobs?

Rarely. Our minimum project is around $15,000 so that a lead carpenter can give the house proper attention. We are happy to recommend trusted handymen for smaller repairs.

Can you work on a house in a historic district?

Yes. We prepare the design review packets for Portland's historic landmarks commission and match original profiles in trim and windows.

Do you build decks and exterior work?

We handle porches, rear stairs and small decks as part of a larger renovation. Roofing, siding and landscaping are handled by trusted partners.
