Event planning agency · Austin, Texas

Events people talk about on the drive home.

We plan private celebrations, brand launches and fundraising galas for 40 to 800 guests across Central Texas. One producer owns your event from the first brief to the final invoice, backed by an in-house design studio and a crew that has loaded into everything from ranch pastures to hotel ballrooms.

Taking briefs for spring galas and summer launches.

Evening garden event under string lights
What we do

Three kinds of event, one team

We keep the team small and the event types focused, so the crew already knows the playbook when your brief arrives.

Designers working on a mood board

Design and styling

Mood boards, floor plans, florals and lighting designed in our studio and built by our own crew, so what you approve is what your guests walk into.

Technician running sound outdoors

Production and sound

Stages, audio, lighting and power for sites without a building in sight. Our technical lead walks every venue before we quote.

Banquet table with white flowers

Hospitality and catering

Menus, bar service and dietary planning with caterers we have worked beside for years, plus a guest-care team at the door.

Permits and risk

Fire marshal permits, noise variances, insurance certificates and a written weather plan for every outdoor event.

Process

How an event comes together

  1. 01

    Brief

A one-hour call about the guests, the goal, the budget and the date. You get a written summary the next morning.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Two concepts with floor plans, mood boards and a line-by-line budget, presented in person or on video.

  3. 03

    Production

Weekly check-ins, a shared run-of-show and site visits with every supplier who needs one.

  4. 04

    Show day

Your producer runs the event on headset with a crew lead, a stage manager and guest-care staff.

  5. 05

    Wrap

A final invoice within ten days, photographs from the night and a short debrief on what to repeat.

Have an event on the calendar?

Send a short brief. A producer replies within two working days with questions and a time to talk.

Planning FAQ

What is the smallest event you take on?

Around forty guests. For anything smaller we gladly recommend independent planners we trust.

Do you work outside Austin?

Yes, across Central Texas and now and then in Houston or Dallas. Crew travel is quoted with the proposal.

How do you charge?

A production fee based on the scope, plus supplier costs at our trade rate. The proposal shows both, line by line.

How far ahead should we book?

Six months for galas and launches, three for private parties. Shorter timelines work if the venue is free.

What clients say

“They turned a pasture with no power into a dinner for 180 and had everyone home by midnight. My parents still talk about the lights.”
Chidi O.Hosted a fiftieth anniversary dinner
“Our launch had press, dealers and four hundred guests. The reveal was timed like a theatre cue, to the second.”
Rachel P.Marketing director, Harbor Home
“The gala raised more than any year before, and the board said the room felt calmer, not busier.”
Andre W.Development lead, children's charity

Rough numbers are fine. We would rather hear about the feeling you want than a finished plan.
