Contact Ferrite Row

Talk to the bench before you make the trip.

Send the model number, a photo of the fault and what you were doing when it happened. A technician answers every message personally, usually before closing time the same day, and will tell you honestly whether a repair is worth it.

Send a message

Tell us what is wrong or what you are hunting for. We reply by email within one working day, and by phone if you leave a number.

Before you bring something in

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Walk-ins are welcome until seven, but a booked thirty-minute slot guarantees a technician is free to look at your unit straight away.

What should I back up first?

Anything on a laptop or phone. We never need your passwords, but a board swap can wipe storage, so copy your files before you hand it over.

Is there parking?

Street parking is free after six, and the bike rack out front has a covered section for people carrying amplifiers on cargo bikes.

Can I mail something in for repair?

Yes. Pack the unit in a padded box with a note describing the fault, and email us the tracking number so a technician can watch for it. Return shipping is included in flat-rate repairs.

Not sure it is worth fixing?

Drop it on the counter any afternoon and a technician will tell you in five minutes, free of charge, with no pressure.
