The jobs our vans are stocked for

Central Texas plumbing means shifting clay, hard water and the occasional freeze. We carry parts for all three.

Technician listening for a leak on a concrete slab

Slab and supply leaks

Electronic leak detection finds the pipe before we cut the floor. We reroute through the attic when tunneling under the slab costs more.

New tank water heater with copper connections in a garage closet

Water heater swaps

Forty and fifty gallon tanks in stock, tankless installs scheduled within the week, and a new expansion tank and pan every time.

Sewer camera monitor showing a pipe interior

Camera drain and sewer work

Live-oak roots love old clay laterals. We scope the line, show you the footage and jet or spot-repair what we find.

Colored PEX lines running through wall studs

Repipes in PEX

Polybutylene and failing galvanized lines replaced room by room, with access holes patched and painted before we leave.

Whole-house water softener installed beside a water heater

Softeners and filtration

Austin water leaves scale on everything. We size softeners to your household, not the box on the shelf.

Yellow gas line with a labeled shutoff valve

Gas lines and shutoffs

Appliance hookups, range lines and a main shutoff that you can find in the dark, pressure tested and tagged.

The first hour

What happens when you call

  1. 01

    A dispatcher answers

Not a menu. She asks where the water is, where your shutoff is, and talks you through closing it.

  2. 02

A text with the plumber's face

Name, license number and a ten-minute arrival window show up on your phone before the van does.

  3. 03

    A price before tools

The plumber diagnoses, shows you the failure and quotes a flat price. You say yes or send them home with the trip fee paid.

  4. 04

    Fix, test, photograph

We pressure test, mop up, and send before-and-after photos with your invoice.

What to know before the van arrives

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

Nights, weekends and holidays carry a $140 trip fee instead of $89. The repair price we quote is the same any hour of the day.

Can you help me find my main shutoff?

Yes, and the dispatcher will stay on the phone with you. Most Austin homes have it at the front hose bib, beside the meter, or in a utility closet.

Do you replace water heaters the same day?

Usually. Standard tank models are on every truck, and we haul the old unit away.

Are your plumbers employees or subcontractors?

Employees, background-checked and licensed under our Master Plumber. Apprentices work beside a licensed plumber, never alone.

What if the repair costs more than the quote?

It does not. If we find a second problem, we explain it, price it separately and wait for your answer.
