Integrated pest management · Tampa Bay, Florida

Pest control that keeps the perimeter quiet.

Quiet Perimeter Pest treats homes from Odessa to Apollo Beach by finding what lets pests in before we spray a drop. We inspect the slab, soffits, attic and irrigation, treat targeted points and seal the gaps, so your family sees less of us and less of them.

No long contracts. Cancel any time before your next visit.

Tampa Bay pests

The six things that actually show up here

Humidity, rain and a long mild winter mean pests never take a season off. These are the problems we solve most often.

Technician probing a baseboard with a moisture meter

Subterranean and drywood termites

Annual inspections with moisture meters, bait stations along the slab edge and spot treatments in infested wood. We write the findings down for your lender.

Gel bait applied in a cabinet hinge crack

Cockroaches and ants

American and German roaches, ghost ants and fire ants each need a different approach. We match bait, gel or granule to the species and the kitchen.

Metal mesh being fitted over an attic vent

Rodent exclusion

Roof rats follow palm fronds to the attic. We trap, seal every gap larger than a quarter inch with metal mesh and clean contaminated insulation.

Misting nozzles along a screened lanai

Mosquito and no-see-um yards

Standing water surveys, larvicide in drains and barrier sprays along lanai screens and landscape beds, timed to the rainy season.

Close view of St. Augustine grass with chinch bug damage

Lawn and landscape insects

Chinch bugs, sod webworms and whiteflies on hibiscus are treated only when scouting finds them above threshold.

Sealed roofline soffit with new metal flashing

Wildlife and bees

We relocate bee colonies and exclude squirrels, raccoons and opossums humanely, then repair the roofline so they do not return.

Prices for the three ways people hire us

We price by home size, not by pest. Quotes cover homes up to 3,000 square feet with a standard Tampa slab foundation.

How a service call actually goes

  1. 01

    A walk with a flashlight

The technician walks the slab, soffits, irrigation boxes and attic hatch before opening the sprayer.

  2. 02

    Targeted treatment

Product goes where evidence points: nests, harborage, entry cracks. Open lawns and play areas are skipped.

  3. 03

    Seal the way in

Weep holes, pipe chases and garage door gaps get caulk, mesh or door sweeps so pests lose the easy route.

  4. 04

A written report to your phone

You get what we found, what we used, where we used it and the date of your next visit.

Pets, kids and what to do before we arrive

Is treatment safe for my dog and my kids?

We use EPA-registered products applied to cracks, voids and exterior surfaces, not open floors. Pets and children can return once treated areas have dried, which is usually about an hour.

Do I need to leave the house?

For a standard service, no. For a termite fumigation or a heavy interior treatment we will tell you the exact hours and give written instructions beforehand.

How do I prepare for a roach treatment?

Clear the area under the kitchen sink and a few inches along baseboards. Pantry food stays where it is. We handle everything else.

Why do I still see ants after you sprayed?

Some baits work by getting carried back to the colony, so you may see more ants for a few days. If activity continues after a week, we return free.

Do you treat for fleas and ticks?

Yes, with yard and interior protocols that also tell you what to do with your pet's veterinarian. Fleas need a coordinated plan, not a single spray.
