Climbing strength coach · Denver

Pull harder, land softer.

Send Strength Coaching is one-on-one training for boulderers and sport climbers who want stronger shoulders, smarter finger loads, and sessions that fit around your send projects—not a gym membership pitch. Programs blend hangboard progressions, antagonist work, and video review so you know what to do on rest days and travel weeks.

Before your first session

Do I need my own gym?

We meet at partner bouldering gyms in Denver or train remotely with a home board.

Is this route setting?

No—we coach strength, mobility, and planning; setting stays with gym staff.

How often should I climb?

Your plan balances limit days, volume, and rest—we adjust when skin or fingers need a deload.

Can beginners join?

Yes—intro sessions cover falling, footwork drills, and base strength before project-specific work.

What should I bring?

Climbing shoes, chalk, water, and a phone for video. We provide resistance bands at partner gyms.

Do you coach youth?

Ages 14+ with guardian consent; sessions emphasize long-term finger health over early grades.

Ready for a movement screen on the wall?

Intro assessments book within five business days.
