Meals rooted in what you actually buy.

Rowan Table Nutrition pairs medical nutrition therapy with grocery-store reality. We build plans around your kitchen, your culture, and your lab work—not a generic macro chart. Visits happen downtown or on telehealth with shared notes so your primary care team sees the same targets you do at home.

Telehealth and in-person visits; superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.

What we work on together

Every plan starts with what you already cook, what your labs say, and how many minutes you truly have on weeknights—not a fantasy meal-prep grid.

Healthy assortment of fresh vegetables and fruits packed in an eco-friendly cardboard box.

Market-to-plate plans

We start with your usual cart, then swap one aisle at a time so change sticks past week two.

Farm-share friendly

CSAs and co-op boxes get recipe maps so nothing wilts before you know what to cook.

Lab-informed targets

A1c, lipids, and iron panels translate into portion cues—not fear-based food lists.

Partner growers
