Controls integration · Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

Lines that start on Monday because the PLC program was simulated first.

Relayline Automation integrates conveyors, robots and vision for automotive and packaging plants that cannot afford a week of dry cycling on the factory floor. We build digital twins in the office, FAT every station in our hall, then send electricians who speak both German and English on the customer's night shift.

We reply within one business day on Central European working days.

What we deliver

Integration built for repeat lines

Relayline Automation keeps tooling, recipes and programs on file so your second run does not start from zero. Every PLC diff and torque record is signed before FAT starts.

Industrial work at Relayline Automation

Process discipline

Robot teach points are photographed, signed and stored with the work order so night commissioning matches day shift.

Quality check at Relayline Automation

Quality paperwork

FAT checklists, wiring photos and spare-part kits are labelled with your project PO before we demobilise.

Production floor at Relayline Automation

Honest capacity

When integrators are booked we say so and propose phased FAT milestones instead of slipping dates quietly.

How a job runs

From scope to FAT

  1. 01

    Scope and spec

We confirm PLC brand, safety category and acceptance tests before quoting so FAT scope is fixed.

  2. 02

    Quote and sample

Milestone billing, FAT dates and any site labour assumptions are agreed in writing before kickoff.

  3. 03

    Production

Integrators run with documented torque and IO checks; leads sign hourly safety walks where the customer demands it.

  4. 04

    Ship or handover

Shipping binders include PLC backups, as-built drawings and FAT photos when your quality team asks for them.

Questions from plant engineering

Can we audit the site?

Yes. Book a FAT day and we will walk the integrated cell programmed for your line layout.

Will you sign our automation quality agreement?

We review and sign customer automation quality agreements when safety and documentation clauses align.

How do you control program changes?

PLC program changes are logged, integrators retrained and no commissioning step runs until lead engineer approves.
