Raised canvas tents
Queen beds with flannel sheets, battery lanterns and a deck chair for morning coffee. Each deck faces the meadow, not the parking area.
Harbor Canvas sits on a redwood ridge above the Mendocino coast. Fourteen tents on wooden decks include heaters, wool blankets and a shared bathhouse that smells like cedar. Guests check in at the lodge, borrow camp chairs for the meadow, walk ten minutes to a bluff trail and fall asleep to owls instead of highway noise.
Two-night minimum on summer weekends.
