Redline Syndicate: five players, one call, zero excuses.

We are a Dallas esports organisation with a five-player tactical shooter roster, a women's academy and a content house in Deep Ellum. Last season we won two national finals, reached the playoffs in the championship series and filled the arena for our home opener.

Home matches at the Redline Arena, 2100 Commerce Street. Every game streams live on our channel.

How we play

A team built on preparation

Talent wins a round. Preparation wins a season. This is how we turn five players into one mind.

Scrims every weekday at 2 p.m.

The roster plays six practice matches against teams from three continents, then watches the recordings with the coaching staff. Each loss gets a written post-mortem before dinner.

LAN events are our second home

We attend at least eight in-person tournaments a year. Travel, hotels and physical trainers are covered for every player and the substitute.

Players who sleep, eat and stretch

A nutritionist, a sleep coach and a sports psychologist work with the roster every week. Playing a ten-hour tournament day takes more than quick reflexes.

A road for new talent

Our academy squads scout players in open ladder play, give them a six-month trial and promote the best into the main roster. Three of today's starters came through the academy.
