Birthday party planner · Denver and the Front Range

Birthday parties planned, so you get to be a guest too.

We plan and run birthdays for one-year-olds, ninety-year-olds and everyone in between: themed kids' parties at home, teen sleepovers, surprise fortieths and family milestone dinners. We bring the decorations, the entertainers, the cake and the clean-up crew. You bring the birthday person and a camera.

Weekend dates usually book up six weeks ahead.

What we do

Parties for every age

Each party is built around the person turning a year older, not around a theme from a catalogue.

Face painter at a children's party

Kids' parties at home or in the park

Face painting, a craft table, games led by our hosts and a piñata, all set up before the first guest rings the bell.

Dessert table with pampas and balloons

Dessert tables and styling

Balloon garlands, a dessert table styled in your colours and a cake from one of three Denver bakers we trust.

Guests holding sparklers

Milestone birthdays for grown-ups

Surprise fortieths, sixtieth dinners and the occasional hundredth. We handle invitations, venues, music and the moment the lights go on.

Clean-up included

Our crew packs away every balloon, plate and streamer and leaves the house the way we found it.

Twenty minutes about the birthday person: what they love, who is coming and anything you want to avoid.

  2. 02

    Party plan

Within three days you receive a theme board, a schedule for the party and one fixed price.

  3. 03

    Invitations

We send digital invitations and keep track of replies and allergies for you.

  4. 04

    Party day

Our crew arrives ninety minutes early to set up, then runs the games and serves the cake.

  5. 05

    Clean-up

Everything is packed away within an hour of the last guest leaving.

From the people who threw the party

“I actually sat down and ate a slice of cake at my daughter's party. That has never happened before.”
Megan F.Mother of a six-year-old, Highland
“My dad had no idea. Forty people hid in a restaurant for twelve minutes and not one phone rang.”
Carlos R.Threw a surprise sixtieth for his father
“The teenagers rated the glow sleepover ten out of ten, which from fourteen-year-olds is a small miracle.”

Party questions

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in the Denver metro area at no charge; Boulder and Colorado Springs add a $60 travel fee.

Can you work around allergies?

Yes. We ask about allergies on the invitation reply and label every dish on the dessert table.

What if it rains on an outdoor party?

We check the forecast two days ahead and either bring a canopy or move the games indoors.

Are your hosts background-checked?

Every host and entertainer has a current background check and first-aid training.

How much is the deposit?

A $150 deposit holds the date and comes off the final price; the balance is due the day before.

Who is the birthday for?

Tell us the age, the date and one thing they love. We will turn it into a party plan within three days.
