Can we meet the sitter first?
Yes. A paid 45-minute meet-and-greet at your home is optional and credited toward the first booking.
What if our child has allergies?
Allergies are flagged in the app; sitters must confirm epinephrine location before you leave.
Do you handle sick kids?
We provide daytime sick-care sitters for mild colds without fever. Contagious symptoms require cancellation.
How do cancellations work?
Free cancellation until 24 hours before start; after that, one hour is billed to compensate the sitter.
